Certified Airtable consultant and developer
I start with how your team works today, then design and build the base, interfaces and automations they use every day.
See the projectsTalk to the developer who would build your Airtable system. No pitch, just a straight answer on how to build it and what it takes.

What I build
A base alone is not a system. Not every business needs every part at once, so I build the parts that matter now and leave room for the next ones.
Tables and links that match how your business works, including the cases that never follow the usual path.
A clear place for each team to do its work, without exposing the whole base.
Guided forms for daily entries, with choices filtered to the step at hand.
Routine steps that run reliably, without manual handoffs between people.
Connections to the tools you already use, such as your website, shop, email and document templates.
AI where it helps, such as filling in details or suggesting tags, with every result open to review.
What each business needed, and the Airtable system I built for it.

You want to know what the system should look like and what it will cost before you commit to a build.I map how your team works today, including the exceptions, and sketch the data model. You get a plan for the build with a fixed price.
You need a system your team will work in every day.I build the base, an interface for each role, forms and automations, connect the other tools you use and move your existing data over. At handover, your team gets documentation and training.
You want the system to keep running and to change with your business.I watch the automations and AI steps and fix what stops working. Each month, I make the small changes your team needs and we agree on what to improve next.
How a project runs
At every step you know what happens and what comes next.
We talk about how your team works today and where it gets stuck. You get a first idea of what a system for your team could look like.
I map how work moves through your business today, together with the people who do it. You get a written overview of what the system needs to do and in which order.
I turn what I learned into a plan for your system: data, workflows and the screens your team will use. You see and approve every part before I build anything.
I build in short rounds and show you each finished part. Your team tries it with real data along the way, so the system fits how they actually work.
Before launch, I train each role on its daily tasks and leave guides and documentation behind. Your team is ready on day one, and I stay close in the first weeks after launch.
If you want, I look after the system after launch and adapt it when your team’s needs change. That way it keeps up with your business.
About me
I design your Airtable system, and I build it. Nothing gets lost between the two.

In three years at a financial publisher, I introduced Airtable and built it out until almost everything there ran through it: CRM, campaign planning, editorial approvals, project management and the dashboards for leadership. I also looked after the tool stack and the integrations outside core IT.
Before that, I trained and worked at a manufacturer, studied business administration and ran my own online business. Since 2024 I have designed and built Airtable systems for clients in the US and Europe, from e-commerce and coaching to construction trades, field service, logistics and events. All of it taught me to understand how a company runs before I decide what a table should hold.
You work directly with me, from the first call to the handover.
Next step
No preparation needed. Walk me through how your team works today, including the workarounds. You leave with my honest view of what to build and where to start, whether we work together or not.
